Hi son, looking good!!! Like your site. Mom
I just wanted to say that I have listened to the samples provided here on your
website over and over again. I have also ordered a copy of your newest CD. I am
proud of what each of you have accomplished and truly wish you guys the best in
everything that you do. Jazz music is a melodic way to tell stories from the
heart when people take the time to stop and actually listen to the music. The
music you have made has a way of reaching deep inside and touching places in the
soul that, at times may seem impossible to reach. Continue to move forward with
your visions and I believe you will touch the hearts and souls of many.
Hey Derrick I didn't know about this. Congrats. Best for success. Only hope you
talk to me as you break the sound barrier. You might have to will all the tax
help you're going to need.
I was listening live on the internet from Kansas City, Mo. June 24, 2004. You
guys were live in studio, and the DJ played several of your songs from your new CD. I thought it was wonderful!. You guys are fantastic! The powers in charge
took our Jazz station off the air here in KC, so to able to listen to such great
artist as yourselves on the internet is a real treat. I have call all my Jazz
loving friends and told them about you guys and your website, and about Jazz FM 88.5 KSBR.
Keep the great sounds coming forth. Please put Kansas City on your tour date, we
would love to see you. Lots of smooth jazz fans here in KC.
Listening to the samples of your group - I like what you guys are doing - very
cool. Guitarist sounds uncannily like Larry Carlton in spots. I'll try to catch
a gig of yours sometime or other. Later
Thanks for your comments!
